Social Media Case Study: Family Foundations

The Challenge

Family Foundations tasked CommAgency with increasing the number of parenting program sign-ups and strengthening its overall message on online platforms. The program wanted posts that were informative and engaging for new expectant parents. The team created posts backed with statistics that humanized the information, making it understandable for a wide audience.

The Outputs

  • Facebook and Instagram posts

  • Produced 110 unique posts with graphics and captions
  • Scheduled posts to publish roughly twice per week over the final seven months of 2022 on Instagram and Facebook
  • Created a structure that can be continued with other interns moving forward
