Lauren Redfern

Lauren Redfern serves as the associate director of development in the Bellisario College. She joined Penn State in September 2023, bringing more than 12 years of fundraising experience in higher education.

Most recently, Redfern spent the last five and a half years at Susquehanna University as the director of annual giving. She previously worked at Rutgers University and the University of New Hampshire.

Redfern holds a B.A. in corporate communications from Susquehanna University. She, her husband Ryan and their daughter Ellie live in Mifflinburg and love to spend time outdoors.
