Users at Penn State, including students, need to request access to Adobe Creative Suite software as part of the University's licensing agreement.
Here's how to do that:
- Go to: https://softwarerequest.psu.edu/Home/Index
- Use your Penn State credentials if prompted to login.
- Click “Order” for the Adobe Creative Cloud
- Agree to the "Conduct Statement" at the bottom of the page and click "Order."
You will be redirected to the following page, and should receive an email within a few minutes confirming access. You will not need to reinstall any software you already have installed.
To install Adobe Creative Cloud applications on personal devices ...
- Go to Adobe (www.adobe.com).
- Click "Sign In."
- Enter your Penn State email address.
- Click "Continue."
- Click the Adobe app launcher icon in the upper right.
- Then click Creative Cloud.
- Under "Resources" on the right-hand side, click "Install Creative Cloud app."
- Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
