Biography
Francesca Molen is a social media manager for sports sponsorships at T-Mobile, where she leads social-first storytelling across the brand’s marquee partnerships, including Major League Baseball, Formula 1, golf, football and more. She supports day-to-day social execution and on-the-ground content productions — concepting, capturing, editing and publishing in real time at live events. Molen collaborates closely with internal teams, agency partners, talent and creators to develop coordinated campaigns that elevate T-Mobile’s value proposition and strengthen the brand’s presence in the sports space. She contributes to creative ideation, oversees agile production workflows and analyzes performance insights to inform future content and strategy.
Formerly, Molen was at Paramount Brand Studio, where she supported strategic marketing proposals and led multi-platform influencer and sports campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat and more. Her work included creative ideation, campaign execution and live event activations for major sports and entertainment moments, as well as launching an internal industry-trends newsletter and mentoring early-career talent.
She graduated from Penn State in 2022 with a degree in public relations and a minor in digital media trends and analytics.
