Biography

Heather Wagner is a 2018 graduate of the Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications with an advertising/public relations degree. While at Penn State, she completed five internships and served on the Public Relations THON committee in 2016, gaining early hands-on experience in strategic communication and event planning. Wagner currently serves as an event strategy and membership specialist at the Automotive Information Sharing and Analysis Center (Auto-ISAC), where she leads both the U.S. and European Auto-ISAC Cybersecurity Summits, in addition to managing year-round member engagement and strategic communications. Her work supports collaboration across the global automotive cybersecurity community through high-impact programming and events.

Prior to joining Auto-ISAC, Wagner spent five years at Cvent, where she traveled extensively to manage registration and event technology for large-scale conferences. Known for her creativity, precision and people-first approach, she is passionate about delivering seamless, engaging experiences. She and her husband Alex, a fellow member of the Penn State Class of 2018 and graduate of the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences, were married at Penn State in 2022 and live in Frederick, Maryland.
