Screening of "Fruitvale Station" (2013, Ryan Coogler / United States) as part of Carnegie Cinematheque -- the Thursday night film series presented for educational purposes for students by the Department of Film-Video and Media Studies. The gripping docudrama of the San Francisco police shooting of Oscar Rant and its aftermath in 2008 won top honors at teh Sundance Film Festival.
