The Jets Football Video Department is looking for a focused, responsible, high intensity individual with a passion for both sports and technology. This is a hands-on position in the Football Video Department to assist players, coaches and scouts in all video and technology needs. This role will report to the Director of Video.

Job Duties Include:

  • Working with interns to set up practice fields for filming.
  • Filming all offseason and regular season practices and workouts.
  • Assist with the technical services of a football video department.
  • Working with coaches on creating custom video edits.
  • Managing gameday Microsoft surface tablets for coaches evaluation.
  • Working with college scouting staff to create organized systems for film in the upcoming drafts.
  • Managing all the player and coaches iPads with ThunderCloud and In-House applications.
  • Assisting with all relevant computer software upgrades.
  • Overseeing all travel equipment for home and away games.
  • Must have working knowledge of video cameras and PTZ cameras.
  • Maintaining the Direct TV receivers throughout the facility.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of coaching video experience or relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Basic knowledge of Coaches Video Editing software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe CC.
