Associate Manager-Digital Media and E-Commerce

• As Associate Manager – Digital Media and E-Commerce, you will play a vital role in growing the StarKist e-commerce business as well as helping to lead the digital transformation across all omni-channel campaigns
• Key member of our team leading digital marketing efforts at StarKist
• Develop StarKist’s Omni-Channel Strategy with marketing and sales teams
– Identify appropriate strategies and KPIs to drive transformative growth for selling StarKist products in both online and brick & mortar store environments while adhering to StarKist’s core values
– Identify new channel opportunities based on current market trends and articulate the pros and cons of these channels to key stakeholders
• E-commerce
– Optimization of StarKist product content on Amazon.com and e-tailer websites to ensure consistent experience across all channels
– Managing “source of truth” product database (PIM/DAM) and API feeds to e-tailers
– Development of StarKist’s own webstore with third party vendor and product listings
• Digital Advertising
– Autonomy to work with multiple digital vendors and run digital advertising in-house
– Work with agencies to optimize larger programmatic / OTT buys based on objectives
• Extensive ROI analysis and reporting using quantitative metrics
• Bachelor’s degree is required with an understanding of marketing strategy
• MBA is preferred
• 4+ years minimum hands-on experience in the CPG space displaying proficiency in digital marketing including online advertising, social media, SEO & SEM programs, e-mail marketing & analytics/ROAS
• E-Commerce, specifically Amazon Vendor Central, experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong analytical and verbal communication skills. Knowledge and use of Excel / Google Analytics / Adobe Social / etc.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within specific deadlines
• Must be able to work with a diverse team and be willing to go beyond official job responsibilities
