Audio Technician

Bloomberg BNA seeks an Audio Technician to implement and standardize the production of audio on podcasts and other Bloomberg BNA multi-media elements. This individual will be responsible for enhancing the production of audio, which includes but is not limited to podcasts, radio interviews, social media packages, and other internal recordings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce audio packages for social media.
- Maintain up-to-date production calendar.
- Develop and maintain a log of digital assets.
- Coordinate with new employees to enhance digital footprint.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years’ experience working in the audio production field; demonstrated experience producing recording and radio interviews; must be savvy with social media and experienced with best practices; excellent news judgment and experience meeting tight deadlines under shifting priorities and deadlines; understanding of digital audio content, distribution channels, and promotion methods; demonstrated ability to be familiar with radio; proficiency in audio editing and mixing; excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to work independently and collaborate across the organization. Bachelor's degree in communication or related field.
Candidates may be required to pass a test for this position.
