We (Colin and Samir) are two Los Angeles-based creatives building The Publish Company—a media company with the mission to educate and empower the next generation of creators.
We cover the business of creators via our podcast and YouTube channel, as well as through our newsletter, The Publish Press. We are supported by a dynamic team of creators, producers, designers, and researchers.
We’re looking for another writer to join the team.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the editorial team to pitch and write the 3x weekly newsletter
- Provide original research, thoughtful analysis, and creative initiatives
- Weekly brainstorm with Colin & Samir and the broader team where you’ll be required to bring original story ideas
What we’re looking for:
- Professional writing experience, journalism preferred
- Must have an insatiable interest in the creator media ecosystem
- Editorial leadership and willingness to own projects
- LA-based strongly preferred
