This conservative-leaning policy think tank is seeking an Internship Coordinator to support their HR team and manage multiple internship programs start-to-finish. About the Job:
- Be an expert coordinator of internship program needs for multiple sessions throughout the year.
- Coordinate materials for internship program, selection of interns and recruiting needs to attract top talent.
- Work across departments, communicating to understand varying needs and identifying best placements for interns.
- Create and implement a welcoming onboarding, training and offboarding environment; follow-up on action items with internal and external contacts.
- Manage intern-related performance checks, communication with internal mentor contacts and take ownership of program-related HR functions.
- Monitor internship budgeting needs and expenses.
- Respond to internal requests and inquiries surrounding the internship program with professionalism and discretion.
- Plan and execute intern appreciation gatherings, events and gifts. Research relevant worldly and engaging topics for academically minded events and guest speakers.

About You:
- Degreed with program experience. You have a Bachelor’s Degree and relevant experience in a project or program management role. High GPA is preferred.
- Natural leader. You are excited to spearhead projects and be seen as a mentor to others.
- Creative. You enjoy thinking outside of the box and implementing engaging activities.
- Trusted. You are discreet when working with confidential information and operate with an HR leaning mind.
- Articulate. You are highly communicative and produce quality written work.
