THE OPPORTUNITY
Jr. Social Analytics Analyst

The Social Analyst provides continuous social media data and analytics support for individual market programs by measuring and reporting campaign success, social platform growth, and social listening insights. Additionally, the Social Analyst will play a critical role in the brand’s current and future social strategies from ideation to execution helping clients transition to a more socially-led brand(s).
In this role you will…
· Maintain a deep understanding of social media networks and social data to generate actionable insights for internal team members and external clients
· Develop expertise working within various social measurement tools and native platforms.
· Analyze performance of organic, paid and influencer social posts to deliver social media insights recommendations.
· Works with Manager and appropriate teams to conduct social audit, influencer research, competitive social research and analysis.
· Track social media trends, inform internal team members of social channel changes and consumer habits.
· Provide data and analytic support throughout the communications planning process (pre, live and post analysis).
· Integrate social metrics and analysis into larger cross media metrics and ROI analysis.
· Collaborate with cross functional teams, across various offices, local and remotely located.
· Provide ad hoc reports when requested. Opportunity to work on new business pitches when applicable.
· Maintain and support all company standards as specified within the Quality Management System.
· Supports/facilitates the mandatory adherence to ISO9001 requirements, processes and procedures.
· Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
You have…
· Ability to work independently in a team atmosphere.
· Strong analytical/math, presentation, and writing skills.
· Ability to think logically/strong deductive reasoning.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Ability to understand and use quantitative and qualitative research studies.
· Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office suite; online analytics tools such as Brandwatch & Sprinklr
· Eagerness to learn and work in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
· This is an Entry Level Position; there is no relocation assistance for this role
