The study, supported by a Page Legacy Scholar Grant, will address communications efforts from March 8, 2014, to July 8, 2014, with a focus on openness transparency. Researchers conducting the work will be: Jensen Moore, an assistant professor at Louisiana State University; Bob Pritchard, an instructor at the University of Oklahoma; and Micheal Climek, operations manager of the Public Policy Research Lab at Louisiana State University.
