About the Series
On Location with the Laureate is a traveling storytelling series following Penn State Laureate and filmmaker Pearl Gluck as she visits Commonwealth Campuses and communities across Pennsylvania.
Through conversations with students, librarians, artists and local “keepers” of cultural memory, the project highlights the small details and overlooked places that shape our collective stories — from historic theaters and museums to archives, cafés and community spaces — exploring how storytelling connects education, civic life and creative practice.
