Brian Shoenfelt

Brian Shoenfelt brings more than 20 years of combined experience training, managing and mentoring video journalists to his role in the Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications. He previously worked for WTAJ starting in the engineering department as a broadcast technician. He later worked as a video journalist for more than ten years before becoming WTAJ's chief photographer for several years. For much of the same time, he also served as an instructor at Penn State Altoona, teaching film-video production.

An award-winning professional, Shoenfelt supports the students who produce "Centre County Report" and other related endeavors in the Bellisario College.
