Holly Semanchick-Xhema

Holly Semanchick Xhema ("Jemma") is a 2015 graduate of the Bellisario College with a degree in Advertising/Public Relations and a minor in English. While at Penn State, she participated in CommRadio, THON and the Google Marketing Challenge. Holly also worked as a tele-fundraiser for the University, personally raising more than $43,000. Her professional career has been primarily in agency settings, conducting digital strategy work for clients in education, automotive, telecommunications, nonprofits, pharmaceuticals, consumer services and entertainment. She also worked in-house at Vanguard in its Institutional Investor Group. Holly currently works as Lead Content Strategist at Digitas, a Publicis Groupe agency. She and her husband Alban, also a member of the Penn State Class of 2015, live in Philadelphia.
