Nancy Berman

Nancy Berman is the director of marketing and advertising at Crowd Surf, a digital agency committed to putting the fan first. She is a proud 2019 graduate from the Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications. She previously spent nearly five years at Atlantic Records in the digital marketing department.

Nancy is passionate about cultivating authentic connections between artists and their followers. She spearheads innovative marketing initiatives ranging from on-site promotions to cutting-edge social media activations. Her diverse roster of artists spans multiple genres, with a focus on pop music. Whether strategizing social media content, managing ad campaigns, crafting digital assets, or orchestrating large-scale album rollouts, Nancy always gives the utmost attention to detail while working to remain true to her artists’ identities. She aspires to change the lives of fans around the world to bring them once-in-a-lifetime experiences and memories that last forever.

Nancy currently lives in New York City and has always had a passion for sports and pop culture. In her free time, you can catch her listening to her huge vinyl collection, exercising at Orange Theory, or watching Penn State football, the New York Yankees or the New York Giants. She also loves spending time with her cockapoo, Bailey.
