Ray Shirey

Ray Shirey joined the Bellisario College after previously serving at Penn State as a financial officer for Auxiliary and Business Services, Office of the Physical Plant, and Central Purchasing. Before that, he was a budget analyst for the University. Before joining the University, he was a senior revenue tax auditor for the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.
