Common Problems/Troubleshooting Guide
Verify the computer monitor is on
Verify the computer is powered on
Press Command+F1 on keyboard
Check sound output setting on computer
Turn TV/projector off and back on again
Check volume on TV/projector
Verify the TV/projector is on
Verify the TV/projector input is set to correct HDMI input
Verify HDMI cable is connected to computer
If an HDMI adapter is used verify it is connected to a thunderbolt port
Quit and restart PowerPoint
